Greenmeadow National Historic District
The section of the Greenmeadow Subdivison that was built in the 1950's was added to the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district in 2005.

The Greenmeadow Subdivision is bounded on the south by Alma Street and on the northwest by Adobe Creek. Eichler single-family homes in the Greenmeadow Subdivision have six different floorplans, all with four bedrooms, family rooms, and double garages. The subdivision also has two multiple-family Eichler condominium developments.

1950's Greenmeadow Eichler Homes
The 243 Eichler homes in Greenmeadow Unit I and Greenmeadow Unit II were built between 1954 and 1955. Those units were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. The historic place homes are located on these streets:

1960's Greenmeadow Eichler Homes
An addition 27 homes were built by Eichler in the Greenmeadow Siubdivison, but those homes are not on the National Register of Historic Places.
